Day 1
Arrival & Kathmandu Durbar Square
Land in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel, and spend the afternoon exploring Durbar Square's pagoda temples and the hilltop Swayambhunath stupa before an evening Thamel street-food walk.

Day 2
Fly to Pokhara & Lakeside Paragliding
Morning flight to Pokhara. Check into a lakeside hotel, then take an afternoon tandem paragliding flight over Phewa Lake with Annapurna range views, followed by a sunset boat ride.

Day 3
Sarangkot Sunrise & White-Water Rafting
Pre-dawn drive to Sarangkot for sunrise over the Himalayas, then an adrenaline-packed half-day white-water rafting run on the Trishuli River with a riverside lunch.

Day 4
Departure
Leisurely breakfast by the lake, last-minute souvenir shopping in Pokhara, and flight back to Kathmandu for onward departure.
